Coaching Your Plan

Coaching Your Plan

KATHALEEN J GRAHAM-YOUNG, PhD

Why am I here, and what am I supposed to be doing? These are familiar questions that have many people searching for the answers or feeling stuck or inadequate because they have yet to incorporate the "right plan" that will give trustworthy guidance and instructions for living a purpose-filled life. The "right plan" is God's Word. "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16).

Appropriately incorporating God's Word will help you overcome life issues, including setbacks, homelessness, mental illness, divorce, transitions, and wellness. I, too, have traveled the road of disappointments, heartbreak, bereavement, parenting, and childhood trauma.  I could only thrive victoriously when I intentionally adopted the "right plan." Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105).
